What it isMany traditions have long known that every living being has multiple energy systems in addition to the physical body. These include, most prominently, the chakras, the meridians, and more. Unprocessed experiences, emotions, and trauma can harm this system and cause blockages that may lead to physical, mental, or emotional issues. These often form the roots of imbalance and discomfort, and are essentially what we are focusing on together in this work.
What you need to doDuring the sessions, there is nothing you really need to do except giving your consent to receive healing. It is an open space without any pressure to talk, perform, or arrive with anything figured out. The space is fully yours — for your wellbeing and without any agenda or judgement.

I have experienced its necessity.
As a young man, I was already deeply moved by the state of the world. Drawn to politics, sociology, philosophy, and psychology, I wanted to understand what was going wrong and do whatever I could to repair it. That impulse never left me, but its form has changed.
When I began to experience how deeply energy healing could support people and witnessed genuine shifts, I came to realise that this is what my heart wishes to do. It brings so much healing to others, and therefore to the whole world around them — it is the kind of revolution that I want to be part of.

What you might still want to know.
Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No. Scepticism is welcome. What matters most is a simple openness to rest and receive. Many clients come without any particular belief and experience meaningful shifts regardless.
What if I have a mental health condition or trauma history?
You are welcome. I work with people experiencing mental health difficulties and trauma — always at the pace your nervous system can safely hold. If a situation is beyond the scope of what I can responsibly support, I will say so honestly and help you find the right person.
How is distant healing different from in person?
In essence, the experience is very similar. Healing energy does not require physical proximity. Many clients find distant sessions equally as deep as in-person ones. What matters most is that you are in a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
Should I start with a single session or a series?
A single session is a beautiful place to begin and there is no right or wrong. If you are already drawn to going deeper, a series might create a better sustained container that allows deeper integration to happen. You can always begin with one session and decide from there.
How do I book? What happens after I fill in the form?
You can request a session or journey by filling in the intake form and sharing a little about where you are and what you are looking for. I will then be in touch to agree on a session time that works for both of us. There is no pressure and no obligation.
