I know this path because
I have walked it myself.

I, too, know what it feels like to keep moving through life on the outside while losing touch with myself on the inside.

My own path has led me through seasons of disorientation, inner upheaval, and deep self-inquiry.

What truly helped me was not following a ready-made path — but understanding what has shaped me, how my body speaks, and what brings me back into genuine connection with myself.

Today, I support people through a combination of deep personal experience, body-based work, and trauma-sensitive guidance.

How long does the accompaniment last?

That depends on where you are and what you need. Some people notice a tangible change after just a few weeks. A deeper accompaniment usually takes 2–4 months — so that the new can not only be understood, but truly integrated.

What if I am very sensitive or easily overwhelmed?

Then you are in the right place. We determine the pace together — always oriented to your nervous system. Safety is not a side issue, it is the foundation of the work. We go as far as feels right for you — no further.

What is the difference to “just talking about it”?

Talking alone rarely changes what has settled in the body. Here it is about body awareness, holistic work and integration into daily life — you learn not only to understand what shapes you, but also to feel what it is like to respond differently.

Do I have to see you as an authority or follow you?

No — and this matters to me. You neither have to see me as an authority nor follow me. I am not here to prescribe what is right for you, or to create a teacher-student dynamic. I believe there is already a wisdom within you that knows what feels true for you. My role is to help you find access to it again — and to trust it. You remain the most important guide for your own life.
