I know this path because
I have walked it myself.

Already during my studies I noticed that something inside me wasn’t aligned.
I kept going as expected — yet deep within there was this subtle feeling: something was missing.

After graduating I packed my bike and rode into the unknown.
Not because I had a clear plan — but because I felt that I had lost myself somewhere.

What followed were crises, losses and times when I no longer knew who I was.
What brought me back was not the journey itself, but the honest looking — at what had shaped me, at old patterns and at what was working within me without my noticing.

This path was shaped by intense self-exploration and teachers from various traditions and disciplines.
